About us

Huey Law Firm is founded by Zach Huey. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Zach earned his degree in Anthropology with honors. Following graduation, he spent two years working at a non-profit on Johns Island South Carolina. In 2015, he moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado Law School. During school, Zach won awards for transactional drafting, and best corporate law student. He also gained practical real-world experience working for a Fortune 200 company, administrative law judges, and the Governor’s office of Colorado. Following law school, Zach pursued his passion for business by joining a boutique law firm in Denver Colorado. These experiences gave Zach the opportunity to work on a wide breadth of legal issues including entity formation, contract drafting, intellectual property registration and licensing, employment matters, raising funds, and mergers and acquisitions.
